The warranty is not transferable to new ownership

If our trade customers choose to offer the Lifetime Guarantee to their customers, then any claim must be made through the trade customer.

We Guarantee after a stone chip repair that it will not split and spread, unfortunately if this is the case we will discount a new windscreen of the stone chip cost.

The Lifetime Guarantee does not extend to cover defects of damage arising from impact, misuse, owner negligence, environmentally induced deterioration, existing manufacturers vehicle faults or temporary repair and does not extend to consequential damage. We are unable to extend our Lifetime Guarantee where there is existing rust or corrosion in the glass aperture.
